Basel, Switzerland / London, UK / New York, NY — September 6, 2026
Roivant and Pulmovant announced that topline results from the Phase 2 PHocus study of mosliciguat in patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD) will be presented at the European Respiratory Society (ERS) International Congress 2026 on September 8, 2026. The presentation will be delivered by Marc Humbert, MD, PhD, Professor of Respiratory Medicine at Université Paris-Saclay and Director of the French National Reference Center for Pulmonary Hypertension. The company will also host an investor call and webcast to discuss the study findings and the potential implications for the continued development of mosliciguat in PH-ILD.
Mosliciguat Evaluated in Pulmonary Hypertension Associated With ILD
Mosliciguat is an investigational inhaled soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) activator being developed for patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease. PH-ILD is a serious complication of interstitial lung disease in which increased pressure in the pulmonary arteries can further impair exercise capacity and overall clinical status. Mosliciguat is designed as an inhaled therapy intended to directly target the pulmonary circulation, with the goal of improving pulmonary vascular function while supporting treatment of patients whose underlying lung disease contributes to pulmonary hypertension.
Phase 2 PHocus Data Represent an Important Development Milestone
The upcoming Phase 2 PHocus topline results represent an important milestone for Roivant and Pulmovant as they assess the clinical potential of mosliciguat in PH-ILD. The findings are expected to provide additional information on the candidate’s clinical activity and help inform the next stages of its development. Presentation of the results at a major respiratory medicine meeting will also provide an opportunity for physicians and researchers to evaluate the emerging evidence surrounding inhaled sGC activation as a potential therapeutic strategy for pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease.
Results to Be Presented at ERS Congress 2026
The PHocus study results will be presented at the ERS International Congress 2026 at 12:15 p.m. CEST on September 8, 2026. Roivant will subsequently host an investor call and webcast at 8:00 a.m. ET to discuss the topline findings. The presentation and webcast information will be made available through Roivant’s investor events and presentations resources, with an archived webcast expected to remain available following the call. The data will be closely watched as Roivant evaluates the development path for mosliciguat in PH-ILD, an area with significant unmet medical needs.
