NEW YORK — September 10, 2026
Definium Therapeutics, Inc. announced plans to present six posters and an invited oral presentation at Psych Congress 2026 in New Orleans, highlighting clinical development of DT120 (lysergide) orally disintegrating tablets across major depressive disorder (MDD) and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). The company expects to share topline Phase 3 results from its Emerge and Voyage trials, providing new clinical data on DT120 across two major psychiatric indications. The Emerge Phase 3 findings will also be featured in the “Latest Discoveries & Emerging Trends in MDD” session, positioning the program prominently within the congress’s scientific agenda. Definium said the presentations will provide an overview of the clinical performance, safety profile and development strategy for DT120, while additional research will address suicide-risk patterns across anxiety, depression and comorbid patient populations.
DT120 Data Span Major Depression and Anxiety
The Phase 3 presentations will focus on DT120’s potential across both MDD and GAD, two of the largest psychiatric disorders and key targets within Definium’s late-stage clinical strategy. Poster 115 will present topline results from the Phase 3 Emerge trial evaluating DT120 in MDD, while Poster 195 will provide topline results from the Phase 3 Voyage trial in GAD. The company will also present the design and methodology of its Phase 3 clinical development program through Poster 196, covering DT120 treatment approaches across both indications. These datasets are expected to add to Definium’s clinical evidence base for its lysergide-based orally disintegrating tablet, as the company works to establish a potentially scalable psychedelic medicine approach. Presenting results across two large psychiatric indications also reflects Definium’s broader strategy of evaluating whether DT120 can provide therapeutic benefits beyond a single disorder while maintaining an appropriate clinical and safety profile.
Safety and Patient Outcomes Remain Key Focus
Definium will also present clinical safety data from Phase 1 and Phase 2 studies of DT120, with Poster 198 providing a consolidated assessment of the investigational therapy’s safety profile. The congress program further includes research examining patient outcomes and treatment-effect measures, including Poster 125 on the number needed to treat (NNT) and number needed to harm (NNH) for DT120 in MDD. Together, these analyses are intended to provide additional context around the potential clinical value and risk-benefit profile of the therapy as it progresses through late-stage development. Definium is also presenting epidemiological research on suicidal ideation across GAD, MDD and comorbid populations through Poster 192. The analysis examines the potential roles of symptom severity, diagnosis and undetected disorder burden in suicide risk, expanding the company’s scientific presence beyond its investigational therapy program. Definium said the research is particularly relevant during National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month
Definium Advances Late-Stage Psychiatric Pipeline
The Psych Congress presentations represent an important clinical-development milestone for Definium Therapeutics as it advances DT120 toward potential regulatory and commercial development. All six posters are scheduled for presentation on September 17 and 18, while the invited Emerge presentation will be featured during the September 17 “Latest Discoveries & Emerging Trends in MDD” session. The company will use the meeting to communicate topline Phase 3 findings, safety information, trial methodology and patient-outcome analyses across its clinical program. DT120 is being developed as part of Definium’s broader strategy to apply scientific and clinical rigor to psychedelic-based medicines while pursuing treatments intended to address significant unmet needs in psychiatric and neurological disorders. With Phase 3 data from both MDD and GAD set for presentation, Definium is entering an important stage in the development of DT120 and its goal of establishing a new generation of accessible psychiatric therapeutics.
