BeOne Medicines Ltd. and Revolution Medicines, Inc. announced a multi-part clinical development and regional commercialization collaboration aimed at advancing targeted treatments for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The agreement combines BeOne’s oncology pipeline and global development capabilities with Revolution Medicines’ portfolio of four clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors: daraxonrasib, a multi-selective RAS(ON) inhibitor; zoldonrasib, a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; elironrasib, a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor. The companies will evaluate potential combinations between selected BeOne oncology assets and Revolution Medicines’ RAS(ON) inhibitors, while a separate regional rights agreement will give BeOne exclusive development and commercialization rights in select Asian markets. The collaboration is designed to expand treatment options for cancers driven by RAS signaling while leveraging the companies’ complementary clinical development and commercial capabilities.

Companies to Evaluate Novel RAS-Targeted Combinations

The clinical collaboration will investigate potential combinations involving selected BeOne oncology assets and Revolution Medicines’ four clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors. Planned studies include combinations of BeOne’s MTA-cooperative PRMT5 inhibitor BGB-58067 and its EGFR x MET x MET trispecific antibody BG-T187 with either daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib. These programs are intended to explore whether combining targeted mechanisms can provide additional therapeutic benefits for patients whose cancers depend on RAS signaling. RAS proteins are important molecular regulators of cell growth and survival, and abnormal RAS signaling is associated with multiple difficult-to-treat cancers. Revolution Medicines has developed a portfolio targeting active RAS(ON) proteins across different RAS variants, while BeOne brings additional oncology assets that could potentially be paired with these mechanisms. The planned combination studies will provide an opportunity to evaluate complementary approaches across selected cancer indications and could potentially broaden the clinical applications of the companies’ respective programs.

BeOne Secures Exclusive Rights in Select Asian Markets

Under a separate regional rights agreement, Revolution Medicines has granted BeOne exclusive rights to develop and commercialize, or solely commercialize depending on the market, the four RAS(ON) inhibitors in select Asian markets. Revolution Medicines will remain responsible for development and commercial rights outside the licensed territory, including Japan and South Korea. In return, Revolution Medicines is eligible to receive development and sales milestone payments as well as tiered royalties on net sales generated within the partnered region. The agreement allows BeOne to leverage its established oncology development infrastructure and regional commercial presence to potentially accelerate access to Revolution Medicines’ targeted therapies in additional Asian markets. The companies said the regional collaboration is intended to combine Revolution Medicines’ clinical-stage RAS(ON) portfolio with BeOne’s established capabilities in drug development and commercialization.

BeOne to Fund Global Phase 3 Development

As part of the broader arrangement, BeOne Medicines will fund and conduct a global registrational Phase 3 study for one of Revolution Medicines’ RAS(ON) inhibitors. The study will be supported by BeOne’s internally developed development capabilities, while Revolution Medicines will continue advancing a broad portfolio of global registrational studies across its RAS(ON) programs. The collaboration therefore combines both clinical development and regional commercialization components, potentially allowing the companies to accelerate development while expanding the geographic reach of targeted oncology therapies. For BeOne, the agreement strengthens its position in RAS-driven cancer treatment and adds four clinical-stage assets to its regional portfolio. For Revolution Medicines, the partnership provides access to BeOne’s established development and commercial infrastructure in selected Asian markets while maintaining rights in other territories. The companies will continue advancing their respective pipelines as they explore new combination strategies and broader opportunities for RAS-targeted therapies.
