With Databricks, Syneos Health is developing a unified intelligence environment that combines operational, clinical and real-world data. The company says the resulting near-real-time view of clinical operations can reduce the time between source data capture and review-ready insight from days to hours, allowing teams to identify issues and intervene more rapidly. Syneos Health is also expanding its long-standing collaboration with Microsoft, using Microsoft Power Apps and related technologies to develop more than 280 AI agents integrated with Microsoft 365 Copilot to streamline workflows and support employee productivity and decision-making.
