LOVELAND, Colo., May 12, 2026
Enlitic, a global healthcare technology company focused on radiology workflow optimization and imaging data standardization, has announced the successful deployment of its Ensight platform at RHCNZ Medical Imaging Group, New Zealand’s largest private radiology provider. The implementation marks Enlitic’s first operational customer deployment in New Zealand and represents a major milestone in the company’s international expansion strategy. By integrating Ensight into RHCNZ’s nationwide imaging network, the collaboration aims to improve radiology workflow efficiency, standardize image presentation processes, and enhance diagnostic consistency across more than 65 imaging clinics throughout the country.
RHCNZ performs and interprets more than one-third of all radiology scans conducted in New Zealand and operates under major imaging brands including Auckland Radiology, Bay Radiology, and Pacific Radiology. The healthcare provider supports a large national infrastructure consisting of more than 170 specialist radiologists and approximately 1,400 healthcare professionals, making workflow optimization and imaging standardization increasingly critical as imaging volumes continue to rise globally.
Ensight Platform Enhances Radiology Workflow Efficiency
The initial implementation of Enlitic’s Ensight platform focuses on improving Hanging Protocols, an essential radiology workflow process that determines how medical images are automatically displayed to radiologists for interpretation. Efficient Hanging Protocol management is considered increasingly important in modern diagnostic imaging because it reduces manual adjustments, minimizes workflow interruptions, and improves reading consistency across large healthcare networks.
By standardizing how imaging studies are presented to clinicians, Enlitic expects the platform to improve operational performance while helping radiologists process imaging data more efficiently. Healthcare organizations worldwide are increasingly investing in artificial intelligence–driven workflow solutions to address growing imaging workloads, radiologist shortages, and increasing demand for diagnostic precision.
RHCNZ executives stated that the deployment supports the organization’s broader digital transformation strategy and creates opportunities for additional workflow optimization initiatives across the company’s national imaging operations. Company leadership also indicated that the current rollout represents only the beginning of a broader innovation pipeline involving future capabilities and expanded use cases for imaging intelligence technologies.
Integration With Intelerad Strengthens Imaging Infrastructure
The deployment also represents the first live customer implementation leveraging Enlitic’s integration with Intelerad’s IntelePACS, a scalable picture archiving and communication system widely used for storing, managing, and accessing medical imaging studies. The integration was developed collaboratively between Enlitic and Intelerad over the past year and is designed to improve interoperability, imaging accessibility, and clinical workflow performance within large distributed healthcare systems.
Industry experts increasingly view seamless integration between AI workflow platforms and PACS infrastructure as essential for the future of digital radiology. As healthcare providers continue transitioning toward enterprise imaging ecosystems, interoperability between imaging software, data management systems, and diagnostic tools has become a major focus area within the global healthcare technology sector.
The successful go-live at RHCNZ demonstrates the growing commercial demand for scalable radiology workflow technologies capable of supporting large multi-site healthcare providers. Analysts believe AI-assisted imaging workflow optimization may play an increasingly important role in reducing reporting delays, improving radiologist productivity, and supporting faster patient diagnosis in high-volume imaging environments.
Enlitic Expands Global Healthcare Technology Presence
The agreement between Enlitic and RHCNZ has been structured as a multi-year subscription partnership, reflecting long-term collaboration around imaging workflow modernization and future innovation initiatives. The implementation further strengthens Enlitic’s presence within the rapidly expanding healthcare AI and imaging informatics market, where hospitals and radiology providers are increasingly seeking solutions that improve operational efficiency while maintaining diagnostic quality.
With medical imaging volumes continuing to rise globally, companies focused on AI-enabled radiology infrastructure are attracting growing industry attention. Enlitic’s expansion into New Zealand highlights the accelerating international adoption of intelligent imaging workflow technologies as healthcare providers seek scalable solutions capable of improving consistency, efficiency, and long-term clinical performance.
