Gilead Sciences, Inc. announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Tubulis GmbH, a Germany-based clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for cancer treatment. The acquisition significantly strengthens Gilead’s oncology pipeline and expands its capabilities in advanced targeted cancer therapies through the addition of innovative ADC technologies and promising investigational oncology assets.
