The first program, FPE024, is a potential best-in-class CD19×BCMA×CD3 trispecific T-cell engager, engineered to selectively redirect immune cells against pathogenic B cells involved in autoimmune diseases. The program is expected to enter regulatory filing activities with an Investigational New Drug (IND) submission targeted for early 2027.
The second program, MTX001, utilizes MOTE Therapeutics’ proprietary mobilize™ targeted lipid nanoparticle (tLNP) platform to deliver an in vivo CAR-T therapy targeting both CD19 and BCMA. Unlike traditional ex vivo CAR-T approaches that require complex manufacturing processes, the in vivo strategy seeks to generate therapeutic CAR-T cells directly within the patient’s body, potentially simplifying treatment delivery and expanding accessibility. An investigator-initiated first-in-human study for MTX001 is expected to begin during the fourth quarter of 2026.
