ELVN-001 Data Highlight CML Treatment Potential

A key presentation will feature updated clinical data from the Phase 1 study of ELVN-001, an investigational, highly selective BCR::ABL1 tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) being developed for patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). The presentation is expected to provide additional information from the ongoing dose-escalation and dose-expansion portions of the study, including safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and clinical activity findings. ELVN-001 is designed to selectively inhibit BCR::ABL1, the oncogenic protein that drives CML.
