The financing supports the completion of the pivotal ACTION3 Phase 3 clinical trial evaluating DMX-200 for focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), preparation for potential commercial launch activities, expanded patient access programs, and the initiation of a Phase 2 clinical trial for DMX-652, the company’s recently acquired treatment candidate for acute kidney injury (AKI). Together with existing cash reserves and an anticipated AU$14 million upfront payment from its commercial partnership with Everest Medicines, Dimerix expects to remain fully funded through these important clinical milestones while continuing to strengthen its rare kidney disease portfolio.
