Under the month-to-month agreement, RCSI receives a monthly fee of C$5,000 to provide market-making services on the TSX Venture Exchange, helping maintain an orderly market, improve trading liquidity, and reduce share price volatility using its own capital without receiving shares or performance-based compensation. The agreement remains subject to TSXV approval. Beyond its IL-32 CKD platform, Arch continues advancing a diversified kidney disease pipeline that includes the LSALT peptide, currently in a Phase II clinical trial for cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury (AKI), and Cilastatin, a repurposed therapy also in a Phase II trial targeting toxin-induced AKI.
